Republicans want to cut the top three. I am so pissed off at this even though it isn’t even officially passed. Personally, I get my birth control from Planned Parenthood because it’s cheaper and easier for me to get it there than to go to a doctor. I’m sure a lot of other girls do that too.

I know they’re trying to balance the budget and everything but taking away from places that are mostly used by low-income people is not the place to start. If they take the federal funding away I don’t think they are going to get it from anywhere else. Planned Parenthood will either go on without contraception, STD testing, and cancer screenings or shut down. Either way it’s going to affect a lot of people.

Why do they have to take away in health care? Why can’t they raise the taxes on cigarettes. Hell, legalize marijuana and tax the shit out of that. I know that Planned Parenthood isn’t the only one they are trying to take away from but I’m just saying there are so many opportunities to make money and other places that can afford to lose funding before this.

My political science teacher says it most likely won’t make it through the Senate but it just makes me angry because it affects me and other people that I know.

Absolutely bull. This pisses me off.
